These boxes offer additional built in features such as removable nail tabs used for metal stud mounting, removable interior mounting blocks to allow for more cubic inch in the box, built in mounting blocks on the top end of the box for vertical mounting, 1/2 in.

Box alignment made easier. The 2 gang Romex Brand SmartBox Low Voltage Boxes offer a unique leveling feature to help electricians alignthe data box to an existing electrical box. These data boxes also incorporatea 3/4 in to 1 in snap out conduit adapter. The adapter swings on a hinge inan outwardly direction to a 90 degree locking position in either a verticalor horizontal direction. The 2 gang data box features 2 of these conduitadaptors providing feed through wiring.
