It is a dual-layer toner, consisting of a water layer to balance skin’s pH levels and a creamy, emulsion layer which offers deep hydration and protection. Niacinamide and adenosine provide added moisture and brightening effects, as well as reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles. Pair it with the companion serum and cream for the glowiest skin ever!

How to Use

As this toner has both a water and emulsion layer, it is important to shake it well before using. After cleansing, apply a few drops onto a cotton pad and swipe all over face, avoiding the eye area. Or pour a few drops onto your palm and pat all over skin, pressing gently to aid absorption.
