In The Adventures of Tintin, Tintin in Tibet, Tintin is high in the Himalayans looking for his lost friend Chang. Tintin twists his ankle and unable to walk, sends a note for help with Snowy to nearby monastery.

Here Snowy is fully kitted out in a space suit for his space adventure in Herge's books, Destination Moon (1953) and Explorers on the Moon (1954). Herge must of been inspired by the Soviet astronaut dogs that were that were first launched starting in 1951.

The News Hits You Capt. Haddock Key Chain. While on a stroll, Capt. Haddock picks up newspaper. In it, he reads about his no longer secret expedition to find the treasure hoard of the pirate Red Rackham. Absorbed in the newspaper and not paying heed to his path, Capt. Haddock walks smack into a newspaper kiosk. The panel can be found in page 2 of The Adventures of Tintin and Red Rackham's Treasure.

In The Calculus Affair, the frequently kidnapped Professor Calculus is being forced into a Blue Beechcraft Bonanza Model 35 by Syldavian kidnappers.

At the base of the model, Milou aka Snowy, brings a hapless innocent bystander's umbrella to Tintin and Captain Haddock as they board the Swiss Air bus to give chase to Calculus. 

The model construction is metal and plastic. Hand painted and pad printed. 1:72 scale. Plane is 106mm (4.2) long and 139mm (5.5) wide. Production year 2014. Comes safely packed in a clear plastic round box.

After suiting up in preparation for his trip to the moon, Captain Haddock finds that getting around on Earth is, at best, a clumsy endeavor. After breaking off the upper portion of his space suit communication antenna, he looks thoroughly dismayed.

In The Adventures of Tintin , The Shooting Star, Tintin lands on a meteorite island, only to discover that living things there grow to gigantic sizes. We know this mushroom is only 2.5cm (.9) tall, but we appreciate the compactness of this pvc figure rather than the exploding 10 foot tall mushrooms that Tintin encounters.

Professor Calculus, the brilliant scientist and inventor, who is hard of hearing, uses an ear horn to better understand what people are saying to him. The advantage of the ear horn is he can tune out Captain Haddocks fusillade of insults.

Moulinsart has created a model of Professor Calculus's greatest and most famous invention, the Shark Submarine, from The Adventures of Tintin, Red Rackham's Treasure. 

We know some of you are going to argue that Calculus's rocket skates are his best invention, but those skates seemed to only create abrupt chaos.

From the Adventures Of Tintin, Destination Moon, this Icons Take Off Moon Rocket stands 34.7cm (13.7”) high. Off go Tintin, Captain Haddock and Professor Calculus to the moon long before Neil Armstrong did in 1969. 

Rocket comes with numbered certificate. Four pieces easily fit together to create the blasting off rocket. Base is 19cm (7.5”) in diameter.

Figure stands 12cm (4.7”) tall and the base is 6cm (2.3”) around.

In The Adventures of Tintin, Destination Moon, the newly minted astronauts Tintin and Capt. Haddock are at their pre-flight briefing. Capt. Haddock in celebration, opens a bottle of champagne and Tintin, arms crossed with concern, watches. What could possibly go wrong with Haddock and alcohol? Dressed in their coveralls, they will soon board the iconic moon rocket.
For Moulinsart, maker of all things Tintin, Limoges France has sculpted a flat finish porcelain bust of the skeptical Tintin. Comes in a black gift box with numbered certificate. 4.75” tall 2.25” deep and 3” wide.

In Tintin in Tibet, Tintin’s dear friend Chang is the only survivor of the crash of the Air India Douglas DC-3 Dakota in the Himalayas. Tintin in his search for his missing friend, travels to Tibet with Captain Haddock and  climbs to the wreckage but only finds a few clues that Chang may be still alive. 

The fuselage of the Air India Douglas DC-3 is 10cm (3.9”) long and the wingspan is 14.5cm (5.7”) wide. Plane is die cast metal and others parts are ABS plastic. 

Crafted with care and detail, this Tintin diecast model depicts the racing car that Tintin and the detective twins use to chase after the villains on page 58 of Cigars of the Pharaoh. Unfortunately for the twins, it seems as though their grip on the car may not be tight enough. Oops!

The product is new and unused and still has it's original shrink wrapping as pictured. Made by Atlas UK for Moulinsart in 2012. Box size is 5.5 wide, and 2.6 tall and deep. The car is attached to the display box by a stand and is not intended to by played with, but to be admired by us Tintin lovers. 

Comes with certificate of authenticity that depicts the panels from Tintin Cigars of the Pharaoh in which this Bugatti 37 appears.

In 1953, Herge created the rocket for the Tintin Moon series of books. In the time of weekly liftoffs from SpaceX, this heavy lifter model is as relevant as ever.  60cm (23.6) tall.  Made of resin with a gloss paint finish. Comes with certificate.

Also pictured is the full range of the Tintin rockets. The largest is 60cm (23.6) tall. Then in declining height, 37cm (14.5), 30cm (11.5), 17cm (6.7), and 8cm (3.25). The three largest are made of resin with a gloss paint. The 17cm rocket has a rubber matte finish. The smallest is moulded plastic with pad printing.

Set of two figures, Tintin and Snowy, produced by Weta Workshop in conjunction of the  2011 Steve Spielberg and Peter Jackson movie The Adventures of Tintin, The Secret of the Unicorn. 

The Tintin figure is 9.2 (23.3cm) high, 10 (25.5cm) wide and 9.9 (25cm) deep. Constructed of polystone and hand painted.

Hijacked by Tintin and the Jolly Folly Revolutionaries, the jester-headed float was used to race to the Detective Twins' rescue as they were about to be executed.

Dressed as of the Jolly Folly jesters, Captain Haddock sneaks into the capital of San Theodoros to help depose the tyrannical General Tapioca.

The right hand of General Tapioca during his reign on San Theodoros, Colon Alvarez has no trouble switching sides once General Alcazar overthrows the tyrant.

Set of six hand painted mini metal figures from Tintin Au Pays De L'or Noir (Tintin Land of Black Gold). Figures are 3 to 4cm tall. 2009. Number 1252 of an edition of 1500. Condition is new.

The The Adventures of Tintin. The Black Island, first appeared as a weekly strip in Le Petit Vingtième. The Dewoitine D-27 was red. Herge then changed the color of the Dewoitine D-27 from red to grey and black for the monochrome book of the Black Island published in 1938. 

Thomson or Thompson, waves his cane in fury, as the Dewoitine flies overhead. 

Constructed of metal and ABS. 90mm (3.5) tall and 136mm (5.4) long. 

As Tintin and Captain Haddock make their way to the Sbrodj moon rocket launch site, they pass through a manned security checkpoint that is supported by a Hiller UH-4 helicopter.

The figure is of Mr. Baxter, Director General of the Sprodj Atomic Research Centre where the moon rocket will launch from.

In Tintin and the Picaros, General Tapioca's army searches for Tintin and Captain Haddock in the jungle with a Mi-1 Hare helicopter. The figure of General Alcazar stands in front of the model Mi-1.
