RED FRUIT FONDANT DESCRIPTION The Red Fruits Fondant from Ma Baker and Chef´s can be used to cover your cup cake, cookie, cake and give an innovative touch to your creation, the main characterictic of fondant. HOW TO USE • You can manipulate the Red Fruits Fondant with the help of your hands, place vegetables shortening in your hands an on your mat to spread fondant then knead, this until it has a smooth consistency, finally spread your fondant until you get the thickness and measure that is required to line your creation. • Available in 35.27 oz (1kg) presentation • Shelf life: 1 year. WORKSPACE • Make sure your surface, tools and hands are clean and dry Avoid sticking to worksurface with shortening, cornstarch or powdered sugar Wrap and seal fondant that’s not in use so it doesn't dry out! WHILE WORKING • Work fast to keep fondant pliable Knead the fondant, it will become softer and more pliable as you knead it. After use, store fondant at room temperature. COVERING A CAKE • Roll out to about 1/8” thick for covering. If covering a cake, use a firm cake mix (like pound cake). STORAGE Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
